Samples

Buechel Stone takes great care and effort to get our customers accurate samples. Please note that even with this care, our products are a natural stone and will have some variations to your final product. Since no two stones are exactly alike, all variations in size and color will not be present in a sample.

There are several products too larger to send full scale sizes. In these cases, the samples you receive will show color and texture and are not to scale.

All samples of building and landscaping stone sent will be approximately one square foot of stone and will be thin to help keep shipping costs lower for you. Cut stone samples will be approximately a 6x6 piece showing various finishes. If you have any questions on our sample process, feel free to contact one of our salespeople on our "contact us" page.

Returns Policy

Items ordered from Buechel Stone Corp. are non-returnable. The items ordered are free of charge, and you are only paying for the shipping costs. If there was an issue with the sample you recieved, please contact Buechel Stone directly at info@buechelstone.com.

Shipping

We can ship your sample to virtually any address in the world as long as it is not a P.O. Box. Buechel Stone uses UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
 
Shipping rates are weight-based. The product weight can be found on its detail page, but this is only an estimated weight and will vary. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Depending on product type and availablity of each sample, order fulfilment will take 1 - 2 weeks. If this timeframe will not work for your project, please contact our sales staff to help expidite your order.
