Health Insurance
Medical Health Insurance is available to full-time employees and their dependents on the first day of the month following a qualifying period. In addition to regular medical benefits, the plan includes a wellness benefit and prescription drug coverage.

Dental Insurance
Dental coverage is available to full-time employees and their dependents on the first day of the month following a qualifying period. Coverage includes preventive services, basic services, and major, Prosthodontic and Orthodontic services.

Life/AD&D/Long Term/Short Term Disability Insurance
Life, AD&D, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance is available to eligible employees on the first day of the month following a qualifying period. Life, AD&D, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance is provided at no cost to the employee.

401(K) Plan
Employees are eligible on the first day of the quarter following (1) one year of service to participate in the 401(K) Plan.

Employee Profit Sharing Plan
The Buechel Stone Profit Sharing Plan provides employees with the opportunity to increase their compensation. Based on Buechel Stone achieving preset financial performance goals, a financial bonus will be awarded. The goal of the plan is to inspire and reward performance excellence.

Vacation
Full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation following (1) one year of service. The number of vacation days increases based on the number of years of service.

Holidays
Full-time employees are eligible for (6) six paid holidays which include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
